Kristen Crowell

Political Director

Kristen got her political start as an angry mom who decided to run for the Milwaukee Public School Board. Although she lost, the campaign ignited a new love for her. Kristen most recently was the Executive Director of Women’s Choice, an organization that raises money for pro-choice Democratic women candidates. Prior to working at WC she was a community organizer for 5 years working with communities of faith. Seven years after running for her first election Kristen is still an angry mother and committed to helping elect candidates who share her hopes and dreams for a more progressive Wisconsin. Kristen joined Progressive Majority Wisconsin in December 2006.
