Candidate Recruitment and Development

Progressive Majority Wisconsin works to elect progressives to state and local office-from school board to statehouse. Our objective is to fill the political pipeline with candidates who will serve as great leaders, including seeking higher office. Doing so ensures the progressive movement remains vital for decades to come.

The Candidate Recruitment and Development program identifies and trains progressive leaders to run and win. Progressive Majority Wisconsin provides professional expertise, access to a motivated network of supporters, and direct financial assistance to endorsed candidates. Racial Justice Campaign

Progressive candidates of color are critical to building an enduring majority committed to equality and justice for all. Progressive Majority Wisconsin's Racial Justice Campaign supports candidates of color with training, money and political support.

We've made a commitment to shape a diverse array of leaders into progressive champions. The Racial Justice Campaign will fill the political pipeline with candidates of color for decades to come.


Progress Accounts

A Progress Account is a free and secure online contribution management service sponsored by Progressive Majority Wisconsin PAC and consistent with Wisconsin statutes governing "conduits." By creating a Progress Account, you become a member of the Progressive Majority Wisconsin Conduit.

When you invest in progressive candidates through a Progress Account, your funds are deposited into the Progressive Majority Wisconsin Conduit account at a financial institution. Each member can then use their funds within the conduit account to make political contributions. Funds held in a Progress Account are always controlled and owned by the individual member of the conduit with a Progress Account.

Contributions are only released at your specific direction to a specific candidate. When other members join you to authorize a disbursement to the same candidate, Progressive Majority Wisconsin will write a single conduit check for the total amount of the aggregated but individually-authorized contributions.
